The Santa Clara County Bar Association Women Lawyers Section is holding a special Roundtable Discussion entitled “Career Advancement, Work-Life-Balance, and the Realities of Being a Woman Lawyer in the 21st Century.” My book Sponsoring Women is being featured and I will lead a breakout group on the topic of sponsorship.
